HANBELL Refrigeration Oil is a synthetic lubricant designed specifically for HANBELL compressors, produced under licence by the HANBELL manufacturer, with excellent lubricity, chemical stability and low-temperature characteristics, and is widely used in compressor lubrication, sealing and thermal management of refrigeration systems. The products are based on synthetic polyol ester (POE) and are suitable for a wide range of refrigerants, including HCFC, HFC, hydrocarbon and natural refrigerant, and are applicable to reciprocating, rotary, scroll and other compressors. Working Principle 1. Lubrication When the compressor is running at high speed, the refrigeration oil forms a uniform oil film on the surface of moving parts (such as screws, bearings, pistons), which reduces inter-metal friction and abrasion and prolongs the life of the equipment.
2. Sealing effect By filling the internal gap of the compressor (such as between the piston and cylinder), to prevent refrigerant leakage, to maintain the pressure difference between the high-pressure and low-pressure side of the system, to ensure compression efficiency.
3. Cooling effect During the cycle, the refrigeration oil absorbs the heat generated in the compression process and brings the heat out through the oil cooling system to keep the temperature of the compressor stable (usually the oil temperature needs to be controlled at 45~60℃, with a maximum of not more than 70℃), to avoid performance degradation or malfunction caused by overheating.
4. Energy regulation In the compressor with energy regulation mechanism, the oil pressure of the refrigeration oil can be used as a power source to drive the capacity adjustment system (e.g. slide valve position adjustment) to achieve dynamic control of the compressor load.

3. High stability and long life Anti-temperature oxidation: Flash point is as high as 271~280℃, which is much higher than the compressor discharge temperature (need to be 15~30℃ higher than the discharge temperature), avoiding high-temperature decomposition or coking. Low temperature adaptability: Pour point as low as -31.67℃ (such as HBR-B01), cloud point lower than the refrigerant evaporation temperature, to prevent paraffin precipitation clogging system. Chemical inertness: Strong intermiscibility with refrigerant (e.g., complete intermiscibility with R22), and anti-hydrolysis, antioxidant, reduce the generation of acidic substances to extend the oil change cycle (conventional recommendations for replacement every 10,000 hours).
